These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the suite of digital applications provided by Word of Life Ministries, Inc. (“Word of Life,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using any of the applications—Multiply, Quiet Time, or MultiplyU (the “Services”)—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Word of Life provides three interconnected digital applications supported by a shared authentication system:

Multiply is a ministry management platform for youth and children’s ministry leaders. Features include:

1.2 Quiet Time
Quiet Time is a devotional tool designed for daily Bible engagement using Word of Life materials. Features include:

1.3 MultiplyU
MultiplyU is a web-based learning system offering video-based leadership and ministry development content.
MultiplyU is available exclusively as a web application.
You must be at least 16 years old or have verifiable parental or guardian consent to create an account and use the Services.
Ministry leaders who add information about minors are fully responsible for having the legal right and parental/guardian permission to collect, upload, and manage that data.
3.1 Unified Account Access
When you create an account in any of the three applications, your account automatically provides access to all Services within the suite.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Ministry leaders using Multiply are solely responsible for:
Word of Life does not independently verify user-uploaded content.
All content within the Services—including lessons, devotionals, video training, branding, and software—is owned by Word of Life or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as allowed within the normal functionality of the Services.
To improve performance, security, stability, and user experience, the Services use third-party tools including, but not limited to:
These services may collect pseudonymous data such as device information, usage patterns, and technical diagnostics. All data processing is done in accordance with GDPR requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Word of Life is committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including principles of transparency, minimization, purpose limitation, and secure processing.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including text, images, notes, or organizational information.
By uploading content, you grant Word of Life a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and use the content solely for providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all legal rights necessary to upload such content.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure. You agree to use the Services at your own risk and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
We will provide reasonable notice when possible, but we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or reduced availability.
